Look at the % of gail then you would be impressed.I know a man that got 9% gain just placing his solar cell under water he did it with a fish tank and didn’t have the cell orientated properly toward the sun. To you is not so good but look at it this way we pay anywhere from 4-30 cent per kwh for electricity if you are grid tied and are getting paid for your production at peak time 30 cpkwh. Solar power is peak time most of the time this can be translated to 9%x 4 since 30 is 4x the regular rate.

you still using alumminum plates or did ya find some stainless steel plates ? using 12v system or what is your power source? I use Sodium hydroxide, (Lye) or (Caustic Soda). I have tried Sodium Biocarbinate (Baking Soda), but didn’t like it as much. heard Distilled water + Sodium Hydroxide works best. I use purified Drinking water + Sodium Hydroxide. btw, America is watching…

i used metal cuters to shape some plate a got down at my hardware store
